We have used him twice. He is extremely nice, charming and he wants to practice his english.
To be picked up at either airport, email him in advance at taxi.filipe@hotmail.fr or call him, with all pertinent info and he will meet you outside of immigration.

He charged us just under 40 euros for our trip to Orly, including 4 pieces of luggage. CDG would be a little more.
